Redevelopment of a factory and office site into a mixed retail and commercial development. The project involved regrading of the site levels, including working tight to the boundaries which required the incorporation of retaining walls. An existing culvert was rediverted through the site as part of the works. The structures consist of steel frames supported on pad foundations, and the Aldi unit incorporates a sunken loading dock with ramp.
