The Wisley Golf Club Bridge Inspections

Stirling Maynard was appointed by The Wisley Golf Club to undertake inspections of three bridges that cross the River Wey within their grounds. All three bridges are single span of approximately 30m. The “White Bridge” is a half-through steel truss construction fabricated from steel box sections with hardwood decking, “Brown Bridge” comprises a pair of steel half-through modified Pratt trusses with steel crossmembers and plan bracing with hardwood decking, and Mill Lane Bridge construction comprises prestressed concrete beams with an in-situ concrete transverse slab spanning between beams.
